Frequently asked questions

Everything you might be wondering.

Everything you might be wondering, answered calmly.

Is this an app I have to log into?

No. The Wedding Folder is a system plus a set of files you own — delivered as a spreadsheet, a Notion template, and a printable version. There is nothing to log into and nothing to subscribe to. Use the tool you already live in, or print it and keep it in a binder.

I already have a wedding spreadsheet. Why do I need this?

Because a blank spreadsheet is a place, not a plan. The Wedding Folder gives you the missing structure — a budget with the lines couples forget, a guest list that tracks RSVPs, a vendor sheet that compares quotes — and drops straight into the spreadsheet or notes app you already have.

How far ahead should I start?

Nine to twelve months is calm and comfortable, and the timeline is built for that. On a shorter runway it still works — you simply start further along the timeline. Whenever you begin, the next small step is already clear.

Do you store my details or payment information?

Never. The site is static and asks for nothing. Your folder lives in your own files. And by design it is a wedding map, not a stress vault — keep deposit receipts and account details in secure storage, not loose in your planner.

Will this work for a small wedding, a big one, or eloping?

Yes. The system is deliberately adaptable — the same calm budget, guest list, and timeline flex from an intimate gathering of twenty to a celebration of two hundred, and you use only the parts you need.

What if it is not for me?

Every paid product has a 30-day, no-questions guarantee. If it does not make your planning calmer, email us and we will refund you.
